Skilled Junior Appliance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. Duties

Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, range hoods, garbage disposals, ovens.
Assemble and install new appliances at customer locations.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Maintaining records in the CRM system.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.
Collecting payments from customers.

Skills

Proficient in equipment repair with a focus on appliance repair techniques.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electrical systems related to appliances.
Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with clients during service calls.
Field service experience is required.
Knowledge of refrigeration sealed systems is an asset.
